As per the new scheme, the JEE (Main) exams are scheduled to be held twice a year. The Number of attempts for admission in a particular academic session will be treated as ‘One’. The age eligibility as prescribed under clause Point No- 2.9 “Eligibility for appearing in JEE (Main) – 2019” allows a candidate to appear in JEE (Main) for three consecutive years.

If a candidate has passed Class 12th/ Equivalent qualifying examination from one State but appeared for improvement from another State, his/her State code of eligibility will be from where he/she has originally passed Class 12th/ Equivalent qualifying examination and not the State from where he/she has appeared for improvement. 

Indian Nationals passing the equivalent qualifying examination from an institution abroad, the State of Eligibility will be determined on the basis of permanent address in India as given in the Passport of the candidate. 

Candidates passing/appearing class 12th from NIOS should select the State of Eligibility according to the State in which the study centre is located. The state of eligibility is not applicable for the candidates belonging to Nepal /Bhutan/Foreign/OCI/PIO.

No, the nature and form of the JEE is not bi-lingual. You will get the question papers in only one language (English or Hindi).

Not all defense service personnel' children are eligible for DS category seats. DS category seats are earmarked for children of defense/paramilitary personnel killed or permanently disabled in action during war or peacetime operations.

A candidate must be at least 17 years of age at the time of admission or will complete that age on or before 31 December of the year of his/her admission to the first year Undergraduate Medical Courses.

The upper age limit for NEET (UG) is 25 years as on the date of examination with relaxation of 5 years for the candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC-NCL category and PwD Candidates

There is no cap on the number of times a candidate can attempt to give his/her NEET. Furthermore, not just Indian nationals, but foreign nationals can also sit for this exam.

The NEET is now a mandatory entrance test for all or any medical institution in India. Therefore, no seats are made available without the NEET entrance exam. 100% admissions for MBBS and BDS courses are done through NEET.

Yes, you can choose Marathi as your medium of language for the NEET. NEET-UG 2020 is conducted in the following 11 languages:
